Visitor Information
The best way to learn more about UTSA is to visit the three campuses. UTSA's Main Campus sits on 725 acres at the foot of the Texas Hill Country. The Downtown Campus is in the heart of the city's business and cultural districts. The HemisFair Park Campus, also in downtown San Antonio, is home to UTSA's Institute of Texan Cultures.

Offices and Administration
The university is led by President Ricardo Romo and Provost John Frederick.

Our History, 1969–Present
Founded by the Texas Legislature in 1969, UTSA has grown into a dynamic university with about 30,000 students from all over the United States and around the world. UTSA is on the path to Tier One status with a focus on research and academic excellence.
