UTSA's New Electronic Transcript Service

The University of Texas at San Antonio's Office of the Registrar is pleased to offer electronic transcripts (e-transcripts) to all of our students. In partnership with eSCRIP-SAFE®, UTSA is now able to provide official transcripts delivered electronically through the "eSCRIP-SAFE" server network.

The content of the official transcript is converted into a PDF document and is stored on a secure server via eSCRIP-SAFE. A secure link to the e-transcript is sent to the individual, business, industry, college or university identified by the student. The recipient receiving this secure link can perform an instant test to verify the authenticity of the student's e-transcript.

This is the most secure and the quickest method to deliver an official transcript, but the student should make certain that the recipient is willing to receive an official e-transcript first by providing us with the recipient's name, title, and direct email address.
