Students
With 28,413 students, UTSA is rapidly becoming the institution of first choice for undergraduate and graduate studies. The university is responding to this unprecedented growth by pursuing an aggressive building campaign and is continually adding courses and major offerings to meet the needs of this diverse population.
Alumni
With nearly 4,000 members, the UTSA Alumni Association promotes affinity for the university among its 72,000 graduates with the purpose of benefiting the university and its students.
Hundreds of alumni participate each year in association programs. Volunteer opportunities include student recruitment, career mentoring, scholarship development, regional program planning, special event service and service on association committees and the board of directors.
Major events include the Alumni Gala in September and the Diploma Dash 5K Run in February.
Annual dues are $40, and a lifetime membership is $750, payable in five $150 installments over five years.
