Liquor Liability Policy

This policy extends coverage for a business's responsibility for losses arising out of the acts of persons who become intoxicated on the business's premises or from the business's sale or service of alcoholic beverages. This coverage is currently provided for the Institute of Texan Cultures Folklife Festival. This coverage could be extended to any institutional location serving alcoholic beverages; however, the cost for such coverage is high and the insurer's requisites can be quite stringent.
