Equipment Floater Coverage - Worldwide

Period of Coverage:	9/1/00 through 9/1/02
Insurance Carrier:	St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co.

The policy provides coverage for equipment owned by the University while in transit to most any port or place in the world by ground or while airborne or waterborne except when transported by commercial cargo requiring a bill of lading. Coverage is continued while the equipment is in use or storage at the off campus location. Certain high risk locations are not covered by this policy. System Administration should be consulted prior to departure regarding these locations.

Limits:

$1,500,000 any one accident or occurrence.

Sublimits:

$500,000 any one accident or occurrence for waterborne/over the side.
$100,000 any one item.
$200,000 any one accident or occurrence for any equipment loaned to others.
$1,000 any one accident or occurrence.

In order for coverage to be in effect, notification must be given to the Risk Manager at (210) 458-4420 prior to coverage commencement.
