crystal reportsUndergraduate Studies Support and Technology Services (USSTS) uses Crystal Reports to create ad-hoc, unofficial reports to serve the needs of the Undergraduate Advising Centers at UTSA.

What is Crystal Reports?

How do I submit requests for reports from USSTS?
Requests should be made via email through CAPPWIZARD. Please include the following information with the request:

  • Term (preferably in BANNER Term format--200610, 200820, etc.)
  • Classification (FR, FT, SO, JR, SR)
  • Type of data (i.e. Active/Inactive Status, GPA for institution or cumulative, etc.)
  • Brief explanation for the purpose of request

Who creates official reports?
Offices needing official reports should contact the UTSA Office of Instuitutional Research.

How can I determine if my report request is appropriate for USSTS?
