Assistantships

The College of Architecture awards Assistantships each semester through a competitive process to qualified students. Current students who are interested in holding one of these positions should make inquiries to the Graduate Advisor of Record regarding available positions that will commence in the following semester. Selection for these positions are made based on program need, experience, and faculty recommendations. Most assistantships are awarded based upon 100 hours of work per semester and provide a stipend of $2000, but appointments may vary based on available funding and type of assistantship. Each assistantship award is for a single semester. Students are eligible upon entry into the program and throughout their graduate studies, but must be registered for a minimum number of credit hours (see below) to be eligible for the award.
