Rules of Order

Section 1 – Rules of Order

Except where it may conflict with procedures stated within these Bylaws, Roberts' Rules of Order Newly Revised edition, shall govern the procedures of The Assembly. It is understood that these rules shall be used for the practical and orderly governance of The Assembly but may be waived by a vote if appropriate under the circumstances.
