Part-Time Job Fair
Employers are invited to attend the UTSA University Career Center Part-Time Job Fair to meet skilled and motivated students that are eager to fill part-time and internship positions.
Registration Fee:
Single Table - $75.00
Includes one skirted table with two chairs, lunch for two recruiters, parking for two vehicles, electronic advertising to students and wireless internet access.
Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds for cancellations made after August 13, 2009. Please notify the University Career Center prior to August 13, if you are unable to attend.
Fall Career Fair - Main Campus
Public, private, non-profit and government agencies are invited to participate in the UTSA University Career Center's Fall 2009 Career Fair on Thursday, September 24, 2009. Over 700 students and alumni will be in attendance, searching for internships and full-time employment opportunities.

Early-Bird Registration (Pay by August 27th, 2009):
Single Table - $400.00
Includes one skirted table, two chairs, light snacks for two, parking for two vehicles, wireless internet access and electronic advertising to students.
Two Tables - $750.00
Includes two skirted tables, four chairs, light snacks for four, parking for four vehicles, wireless internet access and electronic advertising to students.
Regular Registration (Pay after August 27th, 2009):
Single Table - $450.00

Two Tables - $850.00
Includes two skirted tables, four chairs, light snacks for four, parking for four vehicles, wireless internet access and electronic advertising to students.
Non-Profit/Government Agency Rate:
Single Table - $200.00*
Includes one skirted table, two chairs, light snacks for two, parking for two vehicles, wireless internet access and electronic advertising to students.
*This rate is only available to 501(c)3 organizations and federal, state and local government agencies.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to September 10th will be fully refunded. Cancellations made after September 10th will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
Government & Non-Profit Career Fair
Government agencies and non-profit organizations are invited to participate in the Fall 2009 Government & Non-Profit Career Fair on Thursday, October 15, 2009. If your company seeks individuals who are looking to make a difference, the Government and Non-Profit Career Fair is for you! Meet skilled and motivated students that are eager to fill full-time, part-time or internship positions and to learn more about your organization.
Note: Must be a 501(c)3 organization or federal, state or local government agency to attend this fair

UTSA Educator Fair
School districts are invited to attend the UTSA University Career Center Fall 2009 Educator Fair! Over 300 graduating student teachers as well as certified alumni will be attending the fair. We have also invited: all junior and first semester senior education majors and non-UTSA certified teachers.
