The event parking plan is different for every event, due to varying event locations, other on-campus events and many other external factors. The specific parking plan for the fair that you will be attending will be included in the confirmation packet that is distributed to registrants prior to the fair. If you or your company has registered to attend a fair and you have not received the confirmation packet, please e-mail {First_Name} {Last_Name} at {Email} or call {Phone}. Please ensure that you are following the parking instructions outlined in the confirmation packet. Parking anywhere outside of the designated area(s) will result in a parking ticket. The University Career Center is not responsible for parking tickets and is unable to reverse them.
Six foot tables will be provided to employers. Please keep in mind that you will not be able to hang any signs, banners or promotional materials behind your table. Floor and tabletop displays only please.
You are welcome to ship your exhibitor materials prior to the fair. Please make sure to address your items to the correct campus. The University Career Center does not assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items.
