Earlene Gonzales - Director of The Child Development Center
Earlene received her master’s degree in education majoring in early childhood education from Wayland Baptist University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human services with specialization in child development from Wayland Baptist University and an associate’s degree in child development from San Antonio College.
She has experience in administration of early care and education programs and as an adult educator in the field of child development and early childhood. She has also worked as an infant-toddler teacher and in preschool/kindergarten classrooms. She is an active member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and currently serves on the Texas AEYC Board.
Earlene enjoys walking in the country, collecting rocks and fossils, and strolling through antique shops in her spare time.
