Submit the following forms for consideration: Print check list and sample forms

1. Submit Form A online and attach a photo of your head shot
2. Submit Form B online and attach a personal essay
3. Design a lesson plan (use TaLK template)
4. Two letters of recommendation (with the TaLK evaluation template)
5. Criminal background check (CBC) and getting it apostilled:
For those that attended HS in Texas: do CBC in Austin (Read directions: Step I: finger printing and CBC at the Dept. of Public Safety; Step II: Apostilled at the Secretary of State)
For those that did not attend HS in Texas, do a nationwide CBC: Step I Step II Step III
6. A copy of the passport photo page
7. An official academic transcript (must have accumulated 48 credit hours to participate)
Must be a citizen from the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
