Refunds and Deadlines
In order to recieve a refund, you must provide with our department your written statement that you will no longer be participating in the class and that you are requesting a refund. Email your withdrawal request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline(s) to have this written request to us is two Fridays before your Saturday workshop, or by noon of the last business day before your workshop or class (check specific workshops for additional information). There will be no exceptions to this deadline. Otherwise, we will convert your full payment to a non-refundable credit you can apply toward any future class. This credit is good up to six months from original date of payment.
Refunds will only be processed towards the credit card used for registration. We do not give refunds in the form of a check. Refunds will be subject to a $10 - $50 processing fee. Please see your specific workshop, class, or bootcamp page for more information on the processing rates, refund deadlines, and other information.
Appropriate deadlines for workshops, bootcamps, and classes will be outlined on the specific page. Please pay attention to "Early Bird" registration deadlines, substitution deadlines, and registration cut-off deadlines.
