Events Management & Conference Services (EMCS) can act as a liaison with all campus service providers to provide a seamless experience for the event client. Please meet with EMCS staff so we can determine the best resources for your event.

During the summer months, UTSA residence halls are available for camps, residential conferences and workshops. Non-UTSA groups can use these facilities through a special joint sponsorship process. An event manager can assist you in determining if this process is appropriate for your event.
UTSA Dining Services, operated by ARAMARK, is on-site and can assist you with any event dining needs. BURGER KING®, CHILI'S TOO®, PANDA EXPRESS®, STARBUCKS®, SUBWAY®, and TACO CABANA® in the University Center may also be available for small-group dining. University groups not using ARAMARK will be assessed a fee by Business Auxiliary Services. The University Center can also accommodate special catering requests for cultural or other dietary considerations.
UTSA has other meeting locations outside the University Center that may be of interest as you plan your event. These spaces include classrooms, lecture halls, medium-sized conference rooms and athletic facilities. Non-UTSA groups can use these facilities through a special joint sponsorship process. The University of Texas at San Antonio Recreation and Wellness Center is nearly 300,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor recreation space. It offers daily and weekly rates and houses a wide variety of programs and facilities including massage studios, an aquatics center, fitness center, and group exercise studios. Located directly adjacent to the Recreation Center are various outdoor fields and other facilities to further serve patron needs. The Recreation Center also boasts Texas’ largest collegiate rock climbing wall.

can enhance your event with a wide variety of resources including self-adhesive flip charts, easels, traditional or spandex linens, center pieces, illuminated spandex columns, and Skypar projection and décor screens.
Fixed conference-style seating suitable for formal board meetings or table-based discussions for groups ranging from 6 to 47. The Willow Room offers tiered seating for case discussions or classroom-style presentations.
Larger meeting rooms with flexible layout options that are perfect for training meetings, interactive brainstorming, or educational sessions. Smaller spaces, many available with customized layouts for breakout meetings, group discussions or small lectures.
Two spaces for banquets of up to 660 guests. Lecture-style seating for up to 900 guests.
