2.8 - Fees

Departments and offices that provide services for events charge fees to assist them in recovering the costs of time, materials and resources used in facilitating events. Event clients are expected to pay for services rendered. Those departments, individuals or organizations whose accounts are not current with the university lose all university scheduling privileges.

Groups that charge fees to event clients include but are not limited to the UTSA Police Department, the University Center, Business Auxiliary Services Parking Division, Academic Technology, the office of Facilities Services and non-UTSA service providers such as caterers or florists.
