2.13 - Registered Student Organizations Scheduling Limitations

Rationale:
Meeting space is limited at UTSA and there are hundreds of student organizations as well as official university events vying for this space. Student events should also not be a distraction from necessary academic activities such as study days and final exams. These limitations have been put in place to allow as many people to use available facilities as possible.

Policy:
No meetings or meeting series reservations may exceed six (6) hours in length per week in the University Center.

RSOs are not allowed to reserve space (including table reservations) during university-designated study or final exam days.

RSOs may not use solicitation tables during university orientation programs as outlined in the Student Organization Handbook.
