Scheduling priority guidelines exist to ensure that university facilities are first made available to the university and to other groups as allowed under university and UT System Board of Regents' Rules and Regulations.
Priority rules for special use facilities vary from facility to facility based on building function, mission and funding source. Special Use Facilities generally follow the University Priority System in UTSA HOP 8.06. The Office of Events Management & Conference Services (EMCS) can assist you in learning the scheduling priorities for your facility of interest.
