07/12/12: Deadlines for Account Corrections
Send all account corrections to Accounting Services via email by the following dates:
- Corrections for September 2011-May 2012: Due by 5pm on 07/19/12.
- Corrections for June 2012: Due by 5pm on 07/26/12.
- Corrections for July 2012: Due by 5pm on 08/22/12.
- Corrections for August 2012: Due by 12pm on 09/13/12.
The account administrator must be copied (cc) on the email and it must include:
- Document ID
- Amount
- Incorrect account number (to be corrected from)
- Correct account number (to be corrected to)
- Reason for correction
