Enrollment Services Center
The mission of the Enrollment Services Center is to serve students and the community in an efficient, service-friendly atmosphere. Enrollment Services provides information and guidance regarding admission, registration, financial aid and scholarships. The Enrollment Services Center works closely with other UTSA offices to ensure that current information is provided to students to alleviate the need to visit numerous offices to obtain information. Service is provided at the 1604 and Downtown campuses as well as through the Enrollment Services Call Center.
Services provided by the Enrollment Services Call Center:
- Admissions Status & Registrar Information
- Reset passwords for students
- Provide information on how to apply for aid, financial aid guidelines and eligibility, and satisfactory academic progress
- Fiscal Services and credit card payment
- Answer general scholarship information

Services provided by the Enrollment Services Counter:
- Provide information on admission deadlines and requirements
- Accept sealed, official transcripts from other schools necessary to complete admission files
- Provide information on how to apply for aid, financial aid guidelines and eligibility, and satisfactory academic progress
- Process and disburse financial aid paperwork
- Problem solve and counsel students about their financial aid
- Process tuition and fee loan promissory notes
- Accept Registrar paperwork and disseminate paperwork for the Registrar
- Transcript requests for students with proper identification
- Reset PINs for ASAP, myUTSA, and WebCT
We are located in the lower level of the John Peace Library Building in room JPL 1.01.04 at the 1604 campus. At the downtown campus we are located in the Frio Building 1.500. Hours of operation are Mondays - Thursday: 8am to 6pm (when classes are in session). Fridays : 8am to 5pm Saturday : 9am to 1pm (Open only on the following Saturdays: June 6, July 11, Aug 1, and Aug 15).
Services provided by Financial Aid Counselors:
- Research, resolve, and advise students/parents on financial aid issues in a private setting per appointment.
- Serve as customer service intermediaries between students and processors.
- Advise financial aid to new and current students/families
- Assist with outreach programs to educate students and community on financial aid
