If question #25 of the FAFSA indicates full time enrollment and you actually are enrolled full time at disbursement, your aid will disburse if you have a complete file by the Roadrunner Express Deadline of July 1st.

  • If question #25 of the FAFSA indicates full time enrollment and you actually plan to enroll part time, you must submit an Enrollment Change Form to Enrollment Services by the Roadrunner Express Deadline of July 1st so that your cost of attendance and award can be adjusted in time for disbursement.  Funds will disburse if you have a complete file and submit the Enrollment Change Form to Enrollment Services by July 1st.
  • If question #25 of the FAFSA indicates full time enrollment but you enroll part time and you do not submit an Enrollment Change Form to Enrollment Services by the Roadrunner Express Deadline of July 1st, your aid will not disburse until census date after adjustments have been made to your account.
  • If question #25 of the FAFSA indicates part time enrollment and you are actually enrolled full time, your part time awards will disburse if you have a complete file by the Roadrunner Express Deadline of July 1st.  However, you must submit an Enrollment Change Form to Enrollment Services so that your cost of attendance and award can be adjusted.  The adjustment to your cost of attendance and awards will take place after census date to ensure full time enrollment.
  • An increase in your cost of attendance does not guarantee an increase or additional grant funds (with the exception of PELL grants).  Loans may be increased up to annual and/or aggregate limits not to exceed the cost of attendance.

ACG/Smart Grant

Recipients of the ACG and SMART Grant are required to maintain full time enrollment. Funds will not disburse if you are enrolled less than full time.

Texas Grant

Awards for the Texas Grants have been made based on expected funding levels and may change. If you are a current student receiving the Texas Grant please review the Texas Grant Satisfactory Academic Progress policy. Awards may be cancelled if you are not meeting the satisfactory academic progress requirements.
