UTSA Student Health Services

 Annual Health Fair

The Annual Health Fair is March 12, 2008 from 10:00 to 3:00 pm at the 1604 campus!  This year's theme is Spring Break Survivor: Caribbean.  The annual health fair is in conjunction with SHADES Peer Education Safe Spring Break event.

The purpose of the Spring Break event is to offer alternative activities for a safe spring break and to provide health and wellness resources to the UTSA community.  Your materials should provide education, a representative of the agency or program who can explain the services, and literature for participants to take.  Interactive displays and activities are a plus!  We will be featuring over 100 exhibitors and expect over 5000 participants to attend.

An exhibitor booth is free and open to campus organizations, clubs, and departments and local community organizations and agencies that offer free or low-cost services health and wellness to the community.  An interactive booth using the safe Spring Break and Survivor themes are encouraged.

As space is limited to 100 exhibitors at the 1604 campus, please respond as soon as possible regarding the dates you’d like to attend, services you’ll be providing, and the requirements for your display.
