Below are many options and websites to assist you with quitting tobacco.
Depending on your preference, you can quit with assistance online, phone,
booklets, individual sessions or group classes.
Smoking Cessation group sessions are available for Spring 2008!
Below are the days and times for a group session. Each group
session consists four meetings. Choose a session right for your
schedule. Call 458-6428 to register. Registration is limited
to twelve students maximum for each group session.
