The Nutrition and Weight Management Program assists you with advice on nutrition and healthy eating. Our health educators will help assess your health and guide you in healthy eating habits and behaviors and the importance of nutrition as a part of health maintenance.
The nutritionist will help guide you in weight reduction or helping you increase weight, as well as assess other nutrition topics. Depending on your needs, a visit may take a more than one session.
