Well Woman Appointment
Well Woman examinations are available by appointment only. In order to schedule an appointment, you must call or come into the clinic and speak with a nurse. A Well Woman questionnaire must be completed prior to your visit. If this is your first well woman exam, an extended visit will be scheduled for you, which includes a health education component. All patients will be offered a visit with a Health Educator to discuss women's health topics. A reminder email is sent a day or two before your appointment. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
