Weight Management and Nutrition Program

Finally! A program that offers a realistic and lifelong approach to weight loss and maintenance! These classes emphasize on changing eating habits, snacking on the right foods, how to choose healthier fast foods, preparing your own meals, interpreting food labels and food packagings,  the MyPyramid system, and incorporating physical activity into your lifestyle.  The weight management is designed to to give you guidance on the lifestyle changes you want to make at your own pace.

Choose a session at your convenience. Each session is six weeks long, with one meeting each week.  If the class times are a conflict with your schedule, an individual consultation with the nutritionist can be arranged.
