Weight Management and Nutrition Program
Choose a session at your convenience. Each session is six weeks long, with one meeting each week. If the class times are a conflict with your schedule, an individual consultation with the nutritionist can be arranged.

early, class size is limited. Weight Reduction. For those who are overweight and want to lose the excess weight.
Weight Maintenance. For those who want to maintain their current weight, prevent weight gain, change eating habits, or just want to learn nutrition.
