Applying to Join the Honors College

Below is the application form for new entrants into the Honors College at UTSA. The form can be downloaded in either Microsoft Word or PDF format. The Word form is interactive so it can be filled out, saved, and sent back to the Honors College to expedite processing. The PDF form must be printed, filled out, and mailed back to the Honors College. Our address is:
