Please note:
Chaparral Village and Laurel Village housing charges are placed on the student’s account with UTSA.  Each installment is set-up to be due on the 1st of each month.  Billings for tuition and fees do not usually include housing and meal plan charges that are due for a future date.  It is important that you check your ASAP account periodically to confirm your housing and meal plan charges have been credited.

Payments may be made by credit card (Discover, American Express and MasterCard) on ASAP, or with Fiscal Services. A 1.855% fee will be added to each credit card transaction.  Visa is not accepted by the University.  Please include the student’s name and Banner ID number on all payments made with checks.

Accounts are considered late if the payment is received after the 1st of each month.  A $30.00 housing late fee is added to the account for each late payment.

If you are receiving financial aid, please note:  Financial Aid pays tuition and fees first, and then housing and meal plans are paid monthly. Just because you are receiving financial aid does not mean that your housing will be covered.  You need to determine your financial aid and then determine how much of your housing and meal plan will be covered.  Please make sure that all of your financial aid paperwork is complete.
