Betty Melzow – Laurel Village Administrative Assistant
Betty has been a member of the Housing and Residence Life team for two years and has been with the UT System for 15 years. Betty supervises the front desk operations at Laurel Village and oversees student workers in assisting students and parents with issues and questions as they arise. In addition, she ensures that professionalism and accuracy are used at all times, as she is often the first point of contact for those seeking assistance. Finally, she is also responsible for the daily Key Audit, Access Control and processing of the monthly Procard activity.
