Sample Offer Letters

Human Resources will send offer letters to all benefits eligible employees; whether they are new to the University or transfer from one department or position to another. The letter will contain pertinent information such as salary, start date, and classification (A&P or Classified).

Should your department need additional information added onto the offer letter, please email with your request. (e.g. relocation reimbursement.
