How to do business with UTSA

If a HUB (minority or woman-owned business), contact the UTSA HUB Program Office, 210-458-4068, for in-house promotion of your goods and services to the purchasing department and 300 departmental buyers.

If Non-HUB, you may submit information regarding your business goods and services directly to the Purchasing Department, purchasing@utsa.edu , 210-458-4060; they will keep promotional material on file for future procurement opportunities.

Centralized Master Bidders List-UTSA buyers access the Statewide CMBL for listings of Vendors that provide the goods and services they need; both HUBs and non-HUBs, you may register for the CMBL on TBPC's website www.tbpc.state.tx.us. This is an online registration process and involves a fee.

Apply for HUB Certification - The application may be downloaded through the UTSA HUB Website or through the Texas Building and Procurement Commission, www.tbpc.state.tx.us, completed and returned to the Texas Building and Procurement Commission in Austin, Texas. The UTSA HUB Office, 210-458-4068, is available to assist with the certification process. However, please note UTSA is not the governing body to determine if a business is HUB certifiable. Texas Building and Procurement Commission governs this process.

Vendors are asked not to contact departments at UTSA directly unless otherwise invited or special permission is granted.
