Marlon D. Anderson
Director for Inclusion and Community Engagement
Marlon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Mary's
University, Master of Arts in English and Communication Arts from Our
Lady of the Lake University. He began his employment at UTSA in February
of 2005. He has experience working with under-represented student organizations,
leadership development, Student Government, Judicial Affairs, Residence
Life, and Orientation.
Ann Margaret Trujillo
Associate Director for Inclusion and Community Engagement
Ann Margaret Trujillo has been working at UTSA since October 1998, first
serving as a Graduate Assistant in the Bicultural Bilingual Studies
Division. In November 1999, Ann Margaret began her career with Multicultural
and Student Programming and is currently serving as the Assistant Director
of Programming. Ann Margaret holds three degrees: a Bachelor of Science
Degree in American Sign Language Interpreting from the University of
New Mexico, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish, from the University
of New Mexico, and a Master of Arts Degree in Bicultural Studies from
UTSA. Ann Margaret's job responsibilities are to coordinate, plan, and
implement cultural awareness programs that occur on campus.
Jennifer P. Lilly
Assistant Director for Volunteer Services
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Trinity University
in San Antonio in 2003. She then spent two years working for Child Protective
Services in Houston before returning to school at Texas A&M University
at College Station where she graduated with a Master of Science in Educational
Administration (SAAHE) in 2007. She joined the Inclusion and Community
Engagement Center staff in July 2007. Jennifer advises V.O.I.C.E.S.
and is responsible for campus wide volunteer programs that encourage
student involvement on campus and in the greater San Antonio community.
Gregory L. Frieden
Administrative Associate II
Gregory recently earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He began working at UTSA in July 2007 as a student employee in the Office of Student Activities and joined the staff of the Inclusion and Community Engagement Center in December 2007. Gregory supervises the front reception area and provides administrative support for Center staff.
