The deadline to cancel your Adventure Trip registration is 8 business days prior to your scheduled departure.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing (using the cancellation form) and received by the Orientation & Family Programs no later than 8 business days prior to your departure to receive a refund. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the Office of Orientation and Family Programs by the posted deadline in order to cancel and receive a refund for the Roadrunner Adventure Trip. No cancellations will be taken by phone. There will be NO refunds issued after the cancellation date.

In the event the trip is canceled due to severe weather on the Guadalupe River, a full refund will be provided. In an effort to assist the student to make necessary travel arrangements, all trip cancellations will be made 36 hours before the scheduled departure time unless otherwise unable to do so.

Please allow a minimum of 30 days to process a refund.
