Fall Orientation Dates
When logging in to register for orientation, the ASAP system will recognize your admissions status in order to determine the dates that you can attend UTSA orientation. The orientation dates are determined by the type of degree plan/college you are in, if you are an undeclared student or if you are in a specific program such as the ACE, ADP, CAP, etc.
These programs are pre-set for a number of reasons, but primarily, the program type indicates your advising center for orientation. Fall orientation programs begin in late May and last all through the months of June, July and August. These programs are usually midweek and last three days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays).
If you need to cancel or make changes to your current orientation reservation, you must log back in to ASAP 8 business days prior to your program date and make the changes yourself.
