Purchasing a Permit through ASAP

Students, Faculty, and Staff who wish to purchase a parking permit must do so through their ASAP account. Instructions:

First, login into your ASAP account at https://asap.utsa.edu/

  1. Click on "Student Services/Financial Aid" or "Employee Services"
  2. Click on "Parking and Transportation Services"
  3. Check that you have a vehicle listed and that the information is correct, if not follow the instructions
  4. Under the "Pemit" section, click on "Request a Permit"
  5. Students will need to choose the semester for which they desire a permit, then select a permit from those listed
  6. Review the UTSA Parking & Transportation Services Rules and Regulations
  7. Check the acknowledgement box and click on "Select Permit"
  8. Select a "Payment Option"
  9. If "Pay In Person" is selected, proceed to any Fiscal Services Office to complete your transaction and obtain your permit
  10. For all other payment options, permits are mailed to the address provided

All permits purchased online for the 2007-08 Academic year will be mailed to the address provided on or about August 1, 2007. You can expect to receive your permit within 3 business days.
