Tom C. Frost Award 2009 Recipient: Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives, the Honorable Joe Straus
Tom C. Frost Award
The Tom C. Frost Award was created by The University of Texas at San Antonio for two significant reasons: to pay tribute to a special friend and benefactor, Tom C. Frost, who chaired the UTSA Development Board from 1990 - 2008, and to honor a leading citizen who has provided exceptional leadership to important business and community endeavors. The Tom C. Frost Award is presented annually by UTSA.
