General Information

The U.T. System Supply Chain Alliance has a contracted with VWR International to provide core laboratory equipment, such as Balances, Centrifuges, Micro centrifuges, Rotors, Incubator Shakers, Pipettes, Specialty Freezers, Specialty Refrigerators, and Master Cyclers, to name a few. This contract ensures UTSA Science labs are paying the lowest equipment prices, receive free shipping, new lab start-up promotions, preventative maintenance discounts, and trade-in allowances.

  (A) If orders are under or equal to $5,000.00, then generate a small dollar purchase order to the vendor. Include in the "Remarks" section of the purchase order the quote number, UT System Supply Chain Alliance contract number, and UT System Supply Chain Alliance contract terms.
