Students
Current UTSA students may participate in Campus Recreation programs and facilities by presenting their valid UTSACard.
All Non-Student Memberships are $30.00/month
Faculty/Staff
UTSA faculty and staff are eligible to purchase a membership at the Rec Center. Their UTSACard card will be used for their Rec Center membership entrance card.
Payroll Deduction
UTSA Faculty/Staff may be eligible to have their membership fee deducted directly from their UTSA paycheck via payroll deduction.
New memberships and cancellations must be received by the 14th of the month for processing by payroll deduction cut-off dates.
If prior to the 14th of the month: membership will begin the 1st of the following month.
If after the 14th of the month: membership will not begin via payroll deduction for two month
Retired Faculty/Staff
UTSA faculty and staff are eligible to purchase a Rec Center membership.
Alumni
Members of the UTSA Alumni Association are eligible to purchase a Rec Center membership.
Spouses/Domestic Partners of Student, Faculty/Staff, Retired Faculty/Staff and Alumni
Spouses/Domestic partners of current members are eligible to purchase a Rec Center membership.
Retired faculty/staff, alumni and spouses/partners will be issued a non-transferable Campus Rec ID at the Membership Services Desk. There is a $5.00 replacement fee for a lost ID card.
Alumni, spouse and/or partner memberships do not include participation in intramural sport activities or on club sports teams
Unaffiliated spouses of UTSA Faculty, Staff, or Students with Rec memberships are eligible to purchase a Class "W" - Fitness Parking Permit from Business Auxiliary Services at a cost of $61 for 12 months. Permit is valid in the unmarked spaces in Lot 5 by the Rec Center, and only while using the Rec Center. The Business Auxiliary Services office is located in the MS Building 1.01.52.
