Women on Weights (WOW) is a group based personal training program held every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm and 7:00pm. The program is designed to help women of all fitness levels reach their fitness goals while providing a comfortable and safe environment. Areas of the Rec Center are reserved for Women on Weights during their session with one or two personal trainers.
WOW targets cardiovascular and strength training using a variety of workout plans. Women on Weight participants are asked to complete confidential questionnaires on their first day of participation to help the personal trainers design proper workout plans
