If you are a vegetarian or have ever considered a plant-based diet, then you won't want to miss this session of the Nutrition Expert Series! We will discuss the health and environmental benefits associated with this eating plan, with an explanation of all the "vegetarian" options - vegan, lacto-ovo, pescatarian, etc. We will debunk some common myths about vegetarians and will review the top 20 tips that make becoming a vegetarian easy.Â We will provide a list of nutrients that are sometimes lacking in vegetarian diets and we'll make sure that you know how to get these nutrients from plant-base foods.Â And, of course, we'll review some easy recipes to make your meatless menu complete! If you are interested in omitting animal foods from your diet and want to do it in the healthiest way possible, then this is the session for you!
