Residence Hall Move in Day

Move-In Day is just around the corner and we are looking forward to welcoming you to the University of Texas at San Antonio. To help you make this transition, we have put together some information to assist with your arrival. Only UTSA housing students with proper identification can receive a check-in packet. Packets can not be given to family members or friends. After you have received your room keycard, you may move your items into your room. **Please take advantage of our "Move In Crew" on August 24 & August 25. These are volunteers available to assist you with moving in to your room. **

Chisholm & University Oaks:

Check-in time:

• August 24 & 25, 9am - 5 pm

Check-in locations:

• University Oaks Residents: Campus Recreation Center
  (unless qualified for Express Check-In)
• Chisholm Hall Residents: Campus Recreation Center
  (unless qualified for Express Check-In)

Express Check-In: In order to qualify for our Express Check-In you must:

• Submit a copy of the guarantor ID.
• Submit your first installment payment (due August 1, 2011)

Express Check-In is fast and easy and will allow you to go directly to your respective community (University Oaks and Chisholm Hall) to check-in on site.
