How to Join

The Interfraternity Council contains 8 fraternities: Alpha Tau Omega, Kappa Sigma, Lambda Chi Alpha, Phi Delta Theta, Pi Kappa Phi, Sigma Pi, Tau Kappa Epsilon, and Alpha Sigma Phi.

If you are interested in the IFC fraternity experience please sign up by clicking on the link below. Signing up for recruitment does not obligate you to join any of the fraternities, but gives you an opportunity to meet members of all of our chapters. Recruitment is a mutual selection process; where both the fraternities and you, the potential member, make the decision of membership. Please remember that you must have at least a 2.5 high school or college GPA to join.

IFC Recruitment Registration Process:

1. Go to Rowdy Link
2. Log-in using abc123
3. Click on "Organizations"
4. Find "Interfraternity Council"
5. Click on "Forms"
6. Complete and submit!

Recruitment Dates:

IFC Orientation is Sunday, September 21st in the Retama at 1:00pm

***Orientation is mandatory in order to attend any formal IFC recruitment events and receive a bid.

Recruitment Fees:

  • The fee of $75 will be paid at bid pickup.
  • If you receive a bid after informal recruitment the fee is: TBD

Formal recruitment will begin Monday September 22nd and conclude Friday September 26th. Bid pick up will be on Monday, September 29th in the Fraternity & Sorority Life Council Office and STEPS will commence at 4pm. Any additional times for bid pick up will be posted.
