Bylaws Amendments and Revisions
Any changes to these Bylaws may be proposed by any member of Staff Council in writing. The proposed changes will be made available to all members in writing prior to the next meeting date, at which time the proposed changes will be considered. Changes shall require approval by two-thirds vote and can never be retroactive in application or design.
Any changes to the Bylaws must be submitted from Staff Council to the Staff Council Liaison and then to the President for review and approval. Upon approval they shall become effective.
