Excellence in Service and Programming
The Division of Student Affairs is dedicated to establishing a culture of trust and accountability, which in turn creates an opportunity to achieve excellence as a norm. A conceptual framework was developed by Student Affairs to help departments define excellence in the programs and services that are offered to students, their families and each other.
"Excellence in Service and Programming: The Four C's" (PDF) ties strategic vision developed by staff into practical steps to be used as a guide to build excellence. The model is designed to set high standards, encourage cross-departmental teamwork and support staff members in their work with students.
