Assessment Leadership Team responsibilities:
Attend monthly leadership team meetings to provide updates regarding the areas you represent.
Communicate information and updates from these meetings, including deadlines, to the areas you represent.
Assist in leading strategic planning and assessment initiatives for the division, collaborating with the Director of Strategic Planning and Assessment.
Serve as a resource to the areas you represent to develop and streamline assessment strategies.
Each member represents one of the 19 departments within Student Affairs.
Assessment Team responsibilities:
Meet with the appropriate individuals in your department to develop and monitor assessment initiatives, focusing on the outcomes to be addressed each year.
Complete documents and reports needed for the Student Affairs strategic planning and assessment cycle.
Enter requested information into TracDat on behalf of your department.
Serve as a resource to the department you represent to develop and streamline assessment strategies.

Office Functions:
Communicate regarding strategic planning and assessment concepts, terms, outcomes and processes.
Connect strategic planning and assessment efforts for the division. Coordinate assessment teams and report to the executive leadership team, vice president and university representatives regarding progress.
Collaborate with departments and teams regarding learning and operational outcomes and associated assessment methods.
Create a centralized repository of information. Contribute to reports including the Student Affairs Annual Report publication.
