Tony: Thank you for your willingness to allow SGA to use the floor covering for the Homecoming Golf Cart Parade. Because of your generosity and assistance, we were able to move the Golf Cart Decorating Party inside and allow the event to happen. We appreciate you going the extra mile to assist in this endeavor. The event was a success and the covering protected our Convocation Center floor. We appreciate your help in keeping this tradition alive. Thanks a million.

Thank you,
Barry McKinney

Thank you for all of your help and assistance to make the SGA Homecoming Golf Cart Decorating Party such a success! We appreciate your willingness to help us move the event into the Convocation Center so the students could continue their Golf Cart Decorating tradition. With the temperatures as cold as they were, there would be no way the event could have happened outside. Thanks for helping keep tradition alive. It is very much appreciated!

Thank you,
Barry McKinney

John,

I am so excited to have an opportunity to officially thank you for being such a great colleague and friend to me here at UTSA. It’s great to have someone on campus that is pretty different from me that I can work so well with on several projects here at UTSA. One of the reasons I continue to serve on the Roadrunner Days leadership team is because of your leadership and participation.

You have taken the very “orange” person in me and kept me accountable and on task, which is very hard to do sometimes. I think our camaraderie and friendship are a true example of how well an “orange” and a “gold” can bring out each other’s strengths as well as help with our challenges. You have a knack for understanding how I work and you know when to push me for information and when to let me think outside of the box and for that, I am grateful. It makes for a great team!

Your willingness to continue serving on the Assessment Committee has been a life-saver for me, especially considering both of our schedules have increased in the last couple of years. You volunteer willingly and you participate in discussions and offer some really great advice and organization to the group. Over the past couple of years you have been instrumental in helping me create a training curriculum, create templates and also hire additional staff to help with the process. You are honest and thoughtful when making suggestions and that is truly appreciated.

I am also very thankful for our friendship and how I can come to you and talk through issues or concerns regardless of the topic. It’s nice to have someone to think through ideas, issues and concerns. So with that said, thanks for working with me on so many projects and thanks for being such a great colleague and friend. John Kaulfus, I present to you the Student Affairs Thank You Rowdy.

Sincerely,
Lisa G. Blazer
