It’s that time of year again! Time to start talking LeaderShape!

What is LeaderShape?

The LeaderShape Institute is an intensive, energizing, six-day educational experience designed to equip young adults to become extraordinary leaders. We believe integrity is at the heart of leadership. As a result, the Institute creates space to identify core values and explore how individual choices have an impact on congruence and how we are perceived as leaders. While at the institute, students learn how to become engaged citizens through active leadership and see it as their responsibility to make a positive impact in the world. The curriculum challenges students to think critically and reflect on how they can lead with a “healthy disregard for the impossible”.

The Success of LeaderShape

To date we have graduated 180 individuals who “lead with integrity and have a healthy disregard for the impossible”. We want even more people to join this active community of leaders!

Help Us "REACH" More Students!

In order to REACH (see what I did there?) our goals of graduating more individuals that will discover not just what they want to do, but who they want to be, we need to get the word out!

Please encourage undergraduate students you meet to visit our website or come by our offices for more information about this life-changing (how past participants describe it!) experience. We are also happy to come and speak to meetings, organizations, and classrooms.

Applications and more information are available at our website. The deadline for students to apply is the earlier of March 31^st, or once we reach 100 applications.
