Saying thank you is one of the best things you can do to bring a smile to someone’s face and to your own. Just the process of expressing gratefulness and appreciation is a mood lifter.
Recently, our division celebrated all things appreciation for #UTSAppreciates, hosted by the Awards and Recognition Team. Activities like these remind us that teamwork and collaboration advance all of our goals. It’s not too late to add your appreciation on social media using the hashtag.
There is always time to say thank you. As you connect, collaborate, communicate and create new processes across the division, take the time to express gratitude. Unfortunately, it is not said often enough, but we can pledge together to change that.
I am grateful for each of you, our students, each member of the UTSA community, and for the hard work put in by Coach Wilson, his staff and team to elevate UTSA for the first time into the ranks of bowl-eligible college football programs.
Our hearts are full in Roadrunner Nation and it feels great.
