More than 1,000 freshman will be housed in the apartment-style living unit which offers private 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom suites with living rooms and kitchenette areas. Neighborhood units include laundry facilities, study rooms, computer labs, and kitchen and living space.
The Chaparral Village City Center has more room for large gatherings, a classroom and study space. A new dining hall, set to open in spring 2005, will be adjacent to the residence facility.
