(July 22, 2005)--The UTSA Office of Housing and Residence Life needs volunteers to help welcome new Roadrunners coming to UTSA in August.

Faculty, staff and students are needed to help students move into their new homes at Chaparral Village, Chisholm Hall and University Oaks Apartments.

The official move-in date for the three housing complexes is Saturday, Aug. 20. Volunteers are needed from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Aug. 19-20.

Volunteers will greet parents and students, give directions to the living units, assist with the check-in process, and help students and their families move personal items into their rooms. Refreshments will be provided.

For more information and to volunteer, contact Kim Ellicks-Center, UTSA assistant director of housing and residence life, at (210) 458-6204.
