(July 25, 2006)--As part of San Antonio's Contemporary Art Month, the UTSA Department of Art and Art History presents the second annual "Open Studios" exhibit featuring the work of UTSA graduate students.

Free and open to the public, the open house is 4-7:30 p.m., Saturday, July 29 in the fourth-floor studios of the Arts Building, 1604 Campus.

The one-day exhibit is an opportunity for the UTSA community and the art-going public to view art produced by UTSA students in the master of fine arts degree program.

Visitors can walk through the studios, view the art, talk to the artists about their work, and enjoy refreshments and live music.

Free parking will be available in lot 8 of UTSA Boulevard, south of the Arts Building.

For more information, contact Anabel Toribio at (210) 458-5352.
